Please note that it is the school’s responsibility to moderate any content originating from student accounts which are created using links or email addresses identified with the school.

By using the website users agree that:

a. they will not access or distribute material which is obscene or portrays violence and which may be deemed to be offensive to other site users or contravene law and understand that if they do access or distribute such material their access to the website may be withdrawn and they may face prosecution.

b. They will indemnify Cumbria Award on a full indemnity basis (which means that they will reimburse it for everything it pays or becomes liable to pay) against all costs (including but not limited to legal costs) claims and liabilities arising from breach of these terms and conditions.
